Stephanie Lund Felker is a passionate real estate professional with a keen business sense and an ability to identify strategies that provide clients with superlative service throughout real estate transactions whether they are purchasing a luxury home, vacation home, golf estate, or short sale property. She enjoys the quick-paced, multi-faceted industry including both domestic and international real estate opportunities. She and her husband, Jason Felker, started Talka International Realty with a common goal to improve the image of the real estate industry while providing exceptional service to their clients.
Born and raised in Penticton, British Columbia, Stephanie Lund Felker has ties to both Canada and the United States giving her a unique perspective for real estate. Stephanie and her husband and partner Jason maintain close ties with Canada since they continue to spend part of the year in Penticton, British Columbia. The remaining part of the year they reside in Scottsdale, Arizona where they have a vested interest in the community in which they work, play, and reside.
Stephanie’s father, Larry Lund, a professional hockey player, had a successful career in the World Hockey Association where he played alongside Gordie Howie. Larry Lund started the Okanagan Hockey School, the world’s largest and longest running professional sports camp for hockey. Stephanie played an important part in the school, streamlining operations and marketing both the original school as well as a NHL satellite campus.
Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University with the distinction of having achieved Magna Cum Laude status. She currently holds a number of integral designations and certifications for real estate including Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN) and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC). Her background provides her with a firm foundation to draw upon when handling real estate transactions.
